Molybdenum tube is a tubular material made of pure molybdenum or molybdenum alloy. It has the characteristics of high melting point, high strength, good thermal and electrical conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient. The manufacturing process of molybdenum tube mainly includes two categories: powder metallurgy and smelting. Powder metallurgy includes steps such as raw material preparation, molding, densification and processing; smelting method is to melt the molybdenum ingot through an arc furnace or a vacuum furnace and then cast it into a tubular material through a mold, and then perform mechanical processing.

Electron tube grid: used to manufacture electronic devices such as X-ray tubes, microwave tubes, etc.

Filament: used to manufacture filaments of halogen lamps, high temperature furnace lamps, etc.

Electrode: used for electroplating, resistance welding, etc.

Nuclear reactor: as the cladding material of fuel elements, it can effectively resist neutron irradiation and high temperature and high pressure environment.

Glass manufacturing: used as coating materials for heating electrodes and solar cells in the glass industry.

Chemical industry and aerospace: Due to the high temperature and corrosion resistance of molybdenum tubes, they are also widely used in these fields.
